Welcome to Ultimate Detailing Co. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Confirmation
A confirmation of your booking will be sent via email from info@ultimatedetailingco.co.uk within 48 hours.
2. Payment Information
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. Ultimate Detailing Co. accepts payment by bank transfer, cheque, or cash.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Any cancellations or changes to your booking must be made by phone at 07903 076115 | 07506 128929 or by email at info@ultimatedetailingco.co.uk
4. Vehicle Assessment
Prior to commencing work on the day of your booking, Ultimate Detailing Co. will conduct a full aesthetic vehicle assessment. The vehicle assessment form must be signed by the vehicle owner or an authorized representative.
Any noticeable damage, such as scratches, dents, or scuffs, identified during the assessment will be documented and presented to you. If you disagree with the assessment, do not sign the form and raise your concerns immediately before work begins.
5. Working Environment
We require a minimum of 3-4 feet of space around the vehicle, which must be situated off-street. If this space is not available, we may not be able to perform the requested service but this can be discussed when booking.
If you are concerned about the space or location for our team to work on your vehicle, please address this prior to confirming your booking. Failure to do so could compromise your booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if there is insufficient space.
6. Weather Conditions
As a mobile detailing and valeting company, our ability to fulfill bookings can be impacted by weather conditions. We reserve the right to postpone a booking if weather conditions prevent satisfactory service. We will reschedule at the earliest possible date agreed upon by both parties.
7. Ultimate Maintenance Plan
If you need to cancel or reschedule your Ultimate Maintenance Plan valet, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Any cancellations or changes must be made by phone at 07903 076115 | 07506 128929 or by email at info@ultimatedetailingco.co.uk If a valet cannot be rescheduled within the agreed timeframe of your plan, additional charges may apply due to the extra time needed to restore the car to its original standard.
If your car is excessively dirty due to increased use, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to the next scheduled booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for the extra time required to complete the service.
